1-Rug(s) has to be un-used and clean in new, perfect condition.
2-Designer and 300 X 400 cm Rugs are NOT eligible for Free Return (the return shipping cost has to be paid by customer )
3-Maximum two rugs every 15 working days .
4- .One rug Per Order /Customer will be eligible for free return
5-Free Return Rugs is NOT including any RD address “Rural Address” (Unless the Customer provides a non-rural address for collection or drops the rug at our courier companies depot )  Â
6-Free Return Rugs is NOT including any our rugs has been purchased from third party website - it has be direct from www.aladdinrugs.co.nz website.
7-Clearance Rugs are NOT eligible for Free Return or Refund
8-Free Return Rugs is NOT  including any orders placing during the Black Fridays / Boxing day sale (17-11-2023 to 03-12-2023)
9- Underlay and Custom-made rugs are NOT Refundable or eligible for Free Shipping or Free Return Â
10-Items purchased in store are NOT refundable,but we are happy to exchange it with same value or higher within 3 days.
11-Order more then one rugs with same Product Code NOT eligible for Free Return.( One rug would be eligible only)
